Collier County’s Vision 20/20 was a community effort to design a system of care that provided direct access into the Continuum of Care, identified needed assessments, services, and referrals, and brought about successful outcomes for those seeking assistance.
The Hunger & Homeless Coalition was instrumental in designing the community’s system of care. Through the 20/20 Vision the Coalition developed four central goals for success:
- Affordable Housing
- Support Services for Housing Stability
- Centralized Intake for Accessing Needed Services
- Resources for Unaccompanied Youth
