The Collier County Continuum of Care has completed the process of identifying a name for the new 10 Yr Plan for 2020.
ONE COLLIER: A Community Alliance to Prevent & End Homelessness
The Collier County CoC Executive Committee has also confirmed the new sub-committees that will serve the new 10 Yr Plan. Those committees are:
Housing Affordability
Employment
Coordinated Entry/HMIS
Outreach
Supportive Services
Education & Advocacy
Special Populations
The Continuum of Care leadership will be looking to CoC Members to help chair these committees. We believe that having community leadership integration will also be extremely important to the success of the start-up of this new strategic plan.
